It is not uncommon to find that a majority of carpets and rugs made in Pakistan today are done so by Afghan refugees, as Afghanistan was once a major exporter of Hand-Woven carpets. Upon referral of the warranty for damaged rugs, Rugs of London reserves the rights to inspect and evaluate the rugs to measure the extent of the damage. Damages caused by misuse and bad handling will not be covered by warranty and customer will therefore be responsible for the relevant repair costs. The customer will pay the shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.

Kindly note that it is your responsibility to package the rugs for return. We can arrange the collection, alternatively you are welcome to deliver the product directly to our offices. Upon completion of return and satisfactory evaluation we shall credit your total purchase amount. If the product is damaged when returned, we are unable to process the return.
